1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services, equipment, and online tools provided by Muscle Fitness Gym, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our facility or web platforms.

2. Gym Rules & Conduct

To ensure a safe and motivating environment for everyone, all members must abide by the gym code of conduct:

• Proper gym attire and clean athletic footwear are required at all times.
• Re-rack all weights and wipe down equipment after use.
• Respect fellow members, staff, and coaches. Disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of membership.

3. Membership & Billing

Memberships are non-transferable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the billing cycle. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to our refund guidelines.

4. Liability Waiver & Health Release

Physical training is strenuous and carries inherent risk of injury. By participating in workouts, using gym equipment, or following diet plans provided by Muscle Fitness, you declare that you are in good physical health and voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or loss. Muscle Fitness Gym and its trainers are not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises or during physical exercises.

5. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services, schedules, pricing, or operating hours at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or announced inside the gym facility.
